1.1. We offer refunds for physical products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase/receipt, provided that:

   a) The product is returned in its original condition, unopened, and undamaged. If you receive a damaged item, please see below, point 3.a

   b) Proof of purchase, such as a valid receipt or order confirmation, is provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items and Services:

The following items and services are non-refundable, except where prohibited by applicable law:

  1. items that have been used or show signs of wear and tear
  2. items being returned outside the 14 day window


3. Refund Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

   a) Contact our customer support team at and provide your order details, including the reason for the refund request. If you have received a damaged item, provide photos of the damaged item

   b) Our customer support team will assess your request and provide further instructions on returning the product (if applicable) or processing the refund.

  1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4. Timeframe for Refunds:

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, usually within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product (if applicable) or approve the refund request. However, please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, in compliance with UK government guidelines. Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for any updates.
